I have been to this, and I know, every, almost every entrepreneur goes from the condition where he tries to dodge off or  avoid that ringing phone . That phone call can be from anyone like your angry creditor, frustrated customer, disappointed employee, feeling cheated co-founder, or in a worst-case scenario ordered attorney/ police officer. You think that’s the easy way to avoid giving an unrealistic and unforgivable excuse is by not picking up the phone call. But that’s from where the trouble gets start increasing in exponential terms, not only for the person who is calling but also for you and your mental health. You get filled up with anxiety, panic, and worry. You want to breathe deeply but you are not able to reach that level of oxygen. Chest hurts, amongst a few of the moments you think, am I going to get a heart attack or something. But you wanna skip that thought and some other similar feelings. Entrepreneurship Tip: Sanitary napkins and lawnmowers Over a hundred years back, in a small town in America, sixty-year-old John owned a retail store that stocked and sold anything and everything to local residents. After decades of serving the town, John was looking forward to retired life. Every day he would badger his 23-year-old son, appropriately named Johnson, to take over the store but Johnson refused. One day, Mrs. John urged her son to go to the store and try managing it. Maybe he would love it – was her logic. Not wanting to displease his mother, Johnson agreed and the next day both father and son opened the store in the morning. John explained retailing to his son with a simple advice –Whenever a customer buys something, think of what else he or she may need and try to sell an additional item.
