GTA 5: Its Production cost and its Shocking Revenue.

Grand Thefts Auto 5 (GTA 5) is the game that even if you have not one in your PC/PS even then you are amazed by its playing tutorials and its amazingness of high graphics. No doubt it is one heck of a game. But do you know how much it cost to make a game GTA 5 and along with that what other costs the company paid to make it one of the gaming sensation? 

Let's dig about it.

So GTA 5 is developed by the company named Rockstar North and the cost incurred by the company in developing the game is whooping US$ 137 million. And it doesn't end here it grows further. 

Rockstar North incurred  US$ 128 million for its Marketing. Making a total of a large amount of US$ 265 million.

Might be shocked right but wait, you'll start thinking of developing your own game when you will come to know its Revenue for the company.

According to the MarketWatch, GTA has sold over 90 million copies and has generated a revenue of US$ 6 Billion.

This sum total is equal to or more than a sum of networths of all Rich celebrities like Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Tom Cruise, Drake, and few more if added. 

With all this revenue GTA 5 has become 2nd most expensive game developed and sold in the entire world. And you would be like if this is 2nd then which one is first, First is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2  which was developed in the year 2009 by Activision whose marketing cost was US$ 200 million.
